She asked us what were were looking g for today and We explained that we were in a lease and we wanted to get out of it and OWN. Our family was growing and our current Lexus IS was not the most suitable for family road trips and just practically comfort. She reassured us that they will do everything possible to get us into the car we felt was best for us. Sure enough we saw a Beautiful certified pre own Lincholn MKC Reserve package that we just feel in love with. She Went over in detailed the difference btwn the Reserve and Basic with out Forcing us into the Most expensive one. After working out the numbers she worked With US on the BEST deal possible for our Pockets. We went in with a Budget and she stuck to It almost exactly. With all that said we feel this was the BEST dealership we have EVER worked within the 6 yrs of leasing and purchasing any Vehicle. Prestige Lincholn was profession and Never pushy, making us feel uneasy at any moments of our negotiations. I would honestly say that I will be completly happy purchasing a car again with Prestige. Kimberly was so Informative about the car thatbt made us feel so much more comfortable about the Vehicle. From the first phone call, they answered all my questions and responded in a timely manner. Then my conversation with Richard Nudelman, sales manager, were totally stress free. I am a distance from the dealership and never once was I pressured to go in to talk or see the vehicle. When I finally did get to the dealership , Rich introduced me to Kim Williams, salesperson. Kim was friendly and helpful showing me the vehicle I was looking for. She took me on a test drive and went over and pointed out features of the vehicle. The negotiating and buying process was just as pleasant and quick. I was introduced to Stanley Matthew who was just as courteous. I expected no less. Stanley went over the terms and conditions of my financing in detail and explained everything. The whole process was pleasant, quick and comfortable. I recommend Prestige Lincoln to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
