I stopped by at 330pm on February 18th to inquire about getting a same day oil change or if not, setting up an appointment for one. The next appointment wouldn't be for 3 to 4 weeks, even though I was also told that they can't make the appointment and the best they can do is take down my name and phone number and have the receptionist call me on Monday? Are you kidding me? They said I could try making the appointment online, but they don't think that the website is working. What a joke. I won't ever be returning here for service. I can't even make an appointment. More
