Long story short, Matthew Haiken listened to my experience and he took control of the situation. They bought back the car and I got on a temporary lease. They ordered me. 2022 Aviator. Matthew kept his promise, every word of it. We finally got our Aviator back this month. Although the initial situation was uncomfortable and unpleasant, it was the sincerity and altruism that Matthew showed us to correct our situation and experience that made a significant impact. Trustworthiness is a high value for us. Lincoln of Englewood showed us that. Most importantly, we adore Eric Escoto-Sanchez who kept us informed. He will work hard to get you the best package. Disappointed The worst service anyone can have. I brought a Lincoln Navigator and I paid in full and it’s been 2 months and still I haven’t received my registration.
