Long story short, Matthew Haiken listened to my experience and he took control of the situation. They bought back the car and I got on a temporary lease. They ordered me. 2022 Aviator. Matthew kept his promise, every word of it. We finally got our Aviator back this month. Although the initial situation was uncomfortable and unpleasant, it was the sincerity and altruism that Matthew showed us to correct our situation and experience that made a significant impact.
