No car knowledge, no any good manners, just a disgusting greasy lies to the client... Horrible, disgusting. He didn't even bother to explain basic features of the car, probably because he don't even know it!!!! My "New"Lincoln Aviator was delivered all beat up, scratched up and dirty, with 63 miles on odometer...And he said he checked it all and he didn't seen anything... while he was driving this car couple minutes before... That's how good he is!!! joke. Thank god for a great service manager that fixed it all and he actually knew how to deal with a costumer. More

To my surprise I was assisted by Erik Sanchez who was transparent honest and got me more than a reasonable price for my Lincoln MKZ. I was not expecting that he did everything in his scope of work to get the deal done and left my bank account more than satisfied. Needless to say I would only do business with him and this dealership when shopping for a car period. And I would advise anyone to do the same. You will not get ripped off.
