Poor Debbie. She had to keep on calling me. I had physical therapy and one rue is - no phone. So the secondary repair had to wait. Ie still got done on time for me to get the car back. The grand-child never told me that AC was dead. I don't know if it is my jo b to repair it. I am storing the car for the summer. I hate to pour money into a beater. More

I bought a certified car a while ago from this dealer and I found several problems with the car after sometime, the dealer was not honest to tell me about it at the time of purchase and bc I had a very exper I found several problems with the car after sometime, the dealer was not honest to tell me about it at the time of purchase and bc I had a very experience buying this car for my wife from them, I was not interested to go back and deal with them again to fix these problems there, rather I had to go elsewhere. I took me about 4 months to get my title and paper work done after I filed a complaint with NJ consumer affairs who physically went to the dealer to investigate the case. Everyone id lying there and no coordination or good communication with customers. Once they sell you the care. That's it. You're no more than a deal for them. Very sad and very disgusting at the same time. I have bought another care from Prestige Toyota and they were way superior service and honesty. I definitely not recommended. More
