they wanted MSRP +4995 for there car and told me Toyota is not making it any more so they are charging over MSRP. One representative confirmed to me over phone that they would sell it to me @ MSRP however is not making it any more so they are charging over MSRP. One representative confirmed to me over phone that they would sell it to me @ MSRP however when i drove50 miles spent half a day only to be told that they want more than MSRP. Not only it is unethical, it is unprofessional imho. Needless to say I ended up making a purchase from another dealer. At best they are guilty of false advertisement. If you choose to do business with them please keep in mind devil is in details. More
I’ve been coming here for 10+ years now; I am always treated with respect and I appreciate that. People do not know to look at me that I used to work on cars and the “oldest tricks in the book” don’t wo treated with respect and I appreciate that. People do not know to look at me that I used to work on cars and the “oldest tricks in the book” don’t work on me, yet no one has ever tried them- because they run an ethical business here. The leadership team here is quality, as is reflected in their ability to retain quality talent- as the old saying goes, people don’t quit a job, they quit a bad boss- and the same people have been taking care of me at this dealership for years now. When leader ship takes care of its team, the team takes care of the customers and it perpetuates a positive cycle. That is very visible in this dealership. More
My husband (multiple Toyota owner) and I both own Toyotas bought from Liberty Toyota. We both come to the dealership for maintenance. My last visit was June 3rd and it may well be the last. I scheduled bought from Liberty Toyota. We both come to the dealership for maintenance. My last visit was June 3rd and it may well be the last. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation/ balance and safety check. I arrived on time and then waited over 20 minutes for a service advisor to check my car in. I then proceeded to wait TWO HOURS AND FORTY MINUTES for this service. I went to the service advisor to see if my car might be ready. I again waited 15 minutes until he was able to assist me. The service advisor appeared to be the only person checking cars in and out. I was shocked when the advisor printed out 4 pages of Recommended But Not Performed services for my car. Not performed? No one came to inform me of my cars condition or asked if I was agreeable to additional service. I was read a laundry list of services with the comment DENIAL next to them. Thank god I was shocked and didn't proceed with anything. I wasn't asked if I wanted anything else, but that gave me time to closely review each item at home. I was also expected to sign off that I refused additional services. They think that covers them for liability purposes? Think again. The advisor noted my tires would need replacement. The Multipoint Inspection form stated that out of 10 or 11/32nds of tread depth, my tires respectively had 5, 4, 6, and 9/32 of tread left. My car is almost 5 years old and has a whopping 38,300 miles. Per Liberty Toyota, half tread depth equates to a need for new tires soon. Additionally, the following was recommended: 1. Evaporator cleaning for AC, despite NO off odor. $149.95 2. Mounting and balance 2 new tires, despite significant tread remaining. $427.90 3. Fuel injection service. $174.95 4. Remove front caliper pins, clean, lube & reinstall. $133.95 5. Remove rear caliper pins, clean, lube & reinstall. $133.95 6. Parking brake, adjust. ISN'T THIS A SAFETY ISSUE? $44.99 7. Complete brake fluid service. $122.45 8. Rear differential service. $114.59 9. Wheel balances, wait! Wasn't that done?? $104.97 10. Brake rotors, front, replace $688.90 11. Brake rotors, rear, machine $659.78 WOW! My car must be a disaster. But wait! The Toyota Inspection form states that the brake cable is good, as are the calipers. It states there is 5 mm, 6mm, 7mm and 7mm respectively of wear left on the pads. There is no vibration or noise when braking. Guess those bad rotors must not be wearing the pads, huh? I am now left in shock and with the BURDEN of sorting through this laundry list of repairs to determine what my car actually needs (not would be nice to have, like new tires when mine are in the middle of their life). Liberty needs more service advisors to properly manage customers needs. The advisor needs time to review and recommend actually needed services and time to relate this information to the customer so a plan can be created to service the car. They need to stop creating a laundry list of services, some of which are blatantly created to take money from my pocket and deposit it into theirs. I'll be using more of my time next week to get a 2nd opinion on what my car needs now. I will get the work done, as I do my best to maintain a safe car to last for many more years. More

I came for a 5K routine checkup (tire rotation) and added a review of the GPS features.
