Lies not only to you but to your entire family Worst dealer I have visited. Do not trust the sales management or financial department. They lied right in front of my wife and daughter. After a "great" front of customer service they called me 3 days later that the lease agreement was not approved from the bank. You call that "a spot delivery" not a true approval. However, they did approve me not for a lease, but for finance paying $250.00 more than the promised lease payment (I still don't get it). My advice; if you have a very good income but have some issues with your credit, research any other "luxury" dealers before you visit this one. However, if you decide to purchase a car from Lexus of Orlando, try the impossible to get your own loan approval from a credit union or bank. Ohhh!!!To make it Worst!! When they returned my trade back my truck all weather mats were stolen by their service people . No Lexus but a set of missing mats. Unbelievable!!!! Sorry Chris but this experience was not fair to my family. More
