Pleasant Experience as soon as I walked in, till I took delivery of my LS500. Alaa and Chanlin were really great to do business with. No major haggling, No Hidden Fees, Dealer Fees. Even though we bought a used car that was not a Lexus, the team in Winter Park could not have been better, more gracious or more helpful. Our salesman, Sunny Zou, went well above and beyond what I would expect any salesperson to do. He was very helpful in showing us the car and working with us during the entire process. Once we decided to make the purchase he not only got our car detailed to perfection but cleaned out a section of our old car that we had completely forgotten about. We thought we had left a lot of things in the center console of the old car. On the way home I called to ask him to check on it but in the process of making the call I discovered that he had transferred those things to the console of the new car. Not only that but he installed the two child seats in the second row...not always an easy task. He also transferred two barcode stickers from one car to the other in perfect placement. He just seemed to think of everything, which is a rarity at most dealerships today. Chanlin Sok, our sales manager, was also extremely helpful and, more importantly, respectful. There was never any pressure. It was always, “take your time and let us know how we can help, or if you need any additional information to help you make a decision.” He stayed on top of everything through the process. Again, VERY VERY RARE these days! The only negative was the amount of time we had to wait to get into the finance office and do the inevitable paperwork. However, it was at the end of a very busy Saturday when they had sold probably 30+ units. Even so, Mark Pedigree made things as easy and as clear as possible once we finally got to his office. Overall, Lexus of Winter Park made a major impression on me, and I have purchased over 25 cars in my life, most from dealerships. This was a first-class operation that really made us feel special from the moment we walked into the showroom to the time when Sunny made a presentation of our car in a beautifully lit, quiet delivery area that could only be compared to the Corvette delivery experience in Bowling Green, KY. 95% of the dealers we visited while searching for a car had little to no knowledge about their products, were disrespectful or just flat out rude, untruthful...like not having the car on the lot when we showed up, even though we called ahead of time (yes, that happened at least 3 times), never responded to inquiry calls, or could not even be reached on the phone when trying to get information. Trying to buy a car in this area had become an incredulous experience...until we fortunately called Lexus of Winter Park. I pray that my wife and I will have many years and miles in our new car but I would not hesitate to return to Lexus of Winter Park for our next purchase and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone else shopping for a new or used car.
