Wow, professional and caring people that respect my time and needs. Seriously, wow. A few weeks after driving my new car, I was hit by road debris which resulted in minor body damage and a shattered windsh and needs. Seriously, wow. Lexus of Valencia was so accommidating to take in my car over the weekend and getting it to the autobody shop for me. Mark, the fleet manager, personally called me to see what happened and if I was alright. The car has since been repaired beautifully, and today I had maintenance service completed with Bryan, who always takes care of me since my previous car. This place rocks: Bryan is respectful of my time in servicing, Mark brought this car from a San Diego dealership because it was the last white/tan 2010 in the western hemishere (and I really wanted it!!), and Beau is a very cool, non-pushy salesperson. These guys are my peeps at Lexus of Valencia. More

The initial trade in price was fair, but when I said that I thought it might be a little low they asked me what I wanted and then had the car re-evaluated. I received an additional $500. They came down on the price of the car itself, and I felt I got an excellent deal with no hassles, pressure or attempts to upcharge. I am extremely happy with Lexus of Valencia and will certainly buy a car from them again if the occasion arises. I will also recommend them to others. More
