I had called about 3 days ahead, 11/23/10 to see if I could schedule an appointment for servicing my 2004 Lexus ES 330 for my 80,000 mile check up. On the telephone, I requested to speak with a service representative to make an appointment I was directed to speak with Bryan Stover. Bryan specifically called out what was to be done to the car, how long it would take and the approximate cost of service. I made my appointment for Friday, 11/26/10 at 0900 AM. Since the car service was considered a minor service, I would wait the approximate 2.5 hours at the dealership. I showed up at the dealership at at 08:55 AM on the day after Thanksgiving, and a gentleman from service took all the details of the service, verified mileage of the car and said Good morning Mr. Winslow. The gentleman said he would contact Bryan Stover and brought me into his office to sign the service paperwork. Bryan came to his office in about 5 minutes and I initialed the service agreement and stated I would wait for the car at the car dealer. I was offered a shuttle ride to Mimi's for breakfast but I had declined the offer. I had reading material and enjoyed a cup of coffee in the waiting area. The time promised was 11:30 AM. Around 11:45 AM, Bryan went over was found on the car. The car was pretty well taken care of but he recommended a couple of items for the 90-100 thousand mile service. The car completed car wash by noon and ready to go by about 12:15. More
The sales staff is very easy to work with when we bought both of our Lexus'. The service department and Scott in service work very hard to make sure every detail is taken care of when we take our cars in. both of our Lexus'. They stay on top of how long it will take and keep us posted both with phone calls and emails. I would definitely recommend this dealership to buy a new Lexus. We will be buying another one in two years. More
I live about 45 miles away from Lexus of Valencia but continue to bring my car for service because Brian Stover is exceptional! He keeps track of my service needs, advises me of wear and tear, and even continue to bring my car for service because Brian Stover is exceptional! He keeps track of my service needs, advises me of wear and tear, and even picks up my car if I am unable to bring it in. I recently wanted a special order item and he was able to obtain the item and have it installed when I brought my car for service. The staff is very personable, knowledgeable and competent. I could easily go elsewhere, closer to my home, but choose to continue to have my car serviced, where I purchased it, because they keep it in exceptional running condition. Service like this will make me choose Lexus for my next car also. Thanks Brian and Lexus of Valencia ! More
I cannot describe how WONDERFUL my experience was with Lexus of Valencia - EVERYONE was incredibly pleasant, kind, knowledgeable and did EVERYTHING they could to make us comfortable, and we actually had a Lexus of Valencia - EVERYONE was incredibly pleasant, kind, knowledgeable and did EVERYTHING they could to make us comfortable, and we actually had a great time - AT A CAR DEALERSHIP, no less! That's unheard of - and though I always said I wanted this car ONLY if I won the Lotto, my husband didn't want me to wait. I argued for 12 hours with my husband - while Art Storrs (our WONDERFUL salesperson) was amazingly intuitive - giving us space when we needed it, not pushy AT ALL). I am 59 years old, and have NEVER experienced a pleasant experience with a car salesperson - until Art. That is one of the MANY reasons I wanted a Lexus - for the quality of the vehicle, along with the Service, which is as important to me as the car I choose to purchase. Boy - you pick the best and train them well!!!! Cudos to Lexus of Valencia!! The people I was lucky enough to meet and work with, who were amazing (along with others I met - even the Boutique people), were: Art Storrs (Sales); Tim Kinzie (Financing) - who worked very hard to get us a great loan rate; Susan Gaytan (HR); Mark (Head of Sales I believe). I purchase a 2010 Venza with only 950 miles on it. Alfredo Nava was the sales dealer who helped me out with the sale. The whole experience was great. Very professional staff. However, Susan Gaytan handled the whole issue in the best professional manner. After my issue was reported, she was able to resolve it the same day. I will definitely go back in the future to purchase a second car from them. I recommend this dealer for those who are looking to buy a car from a reputable and professional dealership. More
I purchased a new 2010 RX from this dealership in August. I initially viewed several vehicles displayed at the Hyatt Jazz and Blues concerts sponsored by Lexus of Valencia and met my sales associate John Pe I initially viewed several vehicles displayed at the Hyatt Jazz and Blues concerts sponsored by Lexus of Valencia and met my sales associate John Perkins there. As a follow-up, I test drove several vehicles at the dealership and was treated like royalty. I then went and test drove and compared features of several other luxury brands before returning to Lexus of Valencia. I was greeted with huge smiles and a genuine willingness to "go the extra mile" in helping me to choose the features and model that would work best for me. John and another associate, Bo, spent quite a bit of time with me, test driving and explaining comparable and desirable features. They were very helpful - but not at all pushy - in helping me to make the final decision to buy the RX. The following day, John spent a few hours with me - showing me how to use the navigation, set up the bluetooth, set the automatic features, etc. They certainly get an A+ for patience! I have not yet needed service, but I did order a rubber cargo mat from the parts department. The wrong mat arrived and they were more than willing to re-order the correct one, but I ended up liking the one that arrived just as well and kept it. More
