I have always had great serivce. I have used Brian most of the time and have been real happy. This last service visit I had Kristen and again I was happy to bring my car to this service dept. Both Brian an Kristen made me feel my car was important to them and they were going to treat like it was their car, the loaner car are clean and run great and you feel safe while driving one of them. I went to this dealer to have my Lexus service for a recall and Bryan Stover was the agent. Bryan was good and treated me professionally, he is sincere to questions even after the service and that matte recall and Bryan Stover was the agent. We have bought 4 different Lexus vehicles over the last 6 years. We have always been greeted cordially. The staff remembers our names. We have been very happy with each vehicle overall. Scott was very helpful when scheduling my appointment. My car was in for a recall part along with many others but he was able to make me an apponitment in a timely manner.
