I brought my RX400H in for the 60,000 mile service. My appointment was at 10 am, and they were ready for me, had a loaner for my use (ES350H) and I was in and out as quick as a wink. I brought my car (2006 RX330) to the dealer due to a recall on brakes (replace the brake master cylinder seal). The problem was fixed within a few hours and there were no charges.
