My father was buying me a car as a Christmas gift. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Art. We knew what we wanted and so he did not delay. It was hardly even a car sale; my father, Art, and I were laughing and joking while making the deal. After the deal was made Art was showing me everything my car could do. I was expecting the standard tour of a car; this is how you control the navigation, xm radio etc. etc. etc. Instead, Art had me laughing the entire time. I brought my RX400H in for the 60,000 mile service. My appointment was at 10 am, and they were ready for me, had a loaner for my use (ES350H) and I was in and out as quick as a wink. They told me to expect 2-3 hours and they would call my cellphone when they finished. Like clockwork they called approximately 3 hours later and my car was ready. I brought my car (2006 RX330) to the dealer due to a recall on brakes (replace the brake master cylinder seal). The problem was fixed within a few hours and there were no charges.
