I never dreamed buying a new car could be such a wonderful and easy experience. I happened upon the Lexus dealership while waiting for another car (a competitor!) to be serviced nearby. David Mendoza immediately greeted me and I was impressed by his "no pressure" demeanor. I liked him right away. He was young and very tech savvy. It was so cool to buy a car via text! David uploaded pictures for my perusal on my cell and we "talked" back and forth until we found exactly the car I was looking for. Notice I said "we." David wanted me to be happy with my purchase. As a result, we found the perfect car. The make,color, features, everything I wanted at a fair and reasonable price. David's tutorial on the many "bells and whistles" on the car was also helpful. And to top it off, he told me to let him know when my car needed service, so he could schedule it for me. He has since been in touch to see how I like my new car. I love it. Thank you, David! More

The service at Lexus of Valencia is great. Bryan Stover is the best and I trust him totally when I bring my car in. I know that he cares that my car leaves with everything perfect. My experience with this dealer has been excellent. I've bought/leased cars from other dealers but Lexus of Valencia far exceeds them in customer service. They always have complimentary water, coke, coffee bought/leased cars from other dealers but Lexus of Valencia far exceeds them in customer service. They always have complimentary water, coke, coffee and freshly baked cookies while you wait for your car to get serviced. I've taken my leased car in for service and I haven't had to pay which was great this last time because of the holidays. You get what you expect from a luxury dealership.
