I was looking for a new car and told John Perkins the color and specifications. His superior, Pedro called to say they found the car in Orange County and would bring it in but I would have to give a cred color and specifications. For two days after that they kept dragging their feet, oh they will get the car, they hadn't had a chance to get it yet, etc., etc. At that point I changed my mind and told them I would not be buying the car after all. John Perkins assured me my credit card would not be charged. I got my statement, and sure enough, I was charged a thousand dollars. This was a charge for no service, or item provided. More

I met my service rep, Jim Riddle for the first time. He made me comfortable upon arrival, everything went smoothly. The whole process wnet quite smothly and I was out of there in 15 minutes. Mr. Storrs listened to my preferences and delivered exactly what I wanted. This week is snowed in Atlanta and I had the opportunity to see my ES350 perform on ice. It climbed a hill with ease on the first try after a Ford F150 slid back down. I am now a believer in Lexus!! More
