This dealership is wonderful. I've purchased 2 cars from them, and I've always had my service calls done there. They are consistently friendly and so helpful. My service advisor is Scott Melville (they're all great...I've never been disappointed in any of the service advisors), but Scott has gone above and beyond for me on so many occasions. He shows how much he cares about the customers every single visit. No one wants to spend money on car repairs, but this service department makes it far less unpleasant. I would recommend them without any reservation at all. And, though I have never had a bad experience with any of the service advisors, I would definitely recommend Scott. He's truly great! More

In 2004 or 2005, I took my Lexus into the dealership because my Mark Levinson radio was not working correctly. Specifically, radio stations that were pre-programmed into my favorites buttons were losing because my Mark Levinson radio was not working correctly. Specifically, radio stations that were pre-programmed into my favorites buttons were losing reception on a sporadic basis. I took my car into the dealership and Lexus Valencia said there were no issues with the radio system. They suspected the back window tint was interfering with the built-in antenna in the rear window. Lexus Valencia recommended that I remove the tint and replace it. They recommended a local tint shop that wanted to charge me over $350 to remove and replace the tint. Since I mostly listen to books on tape (long commutes) or CDs, I deferred replacing the back window tint. Since I'm in the process of potentially selling the car, I had the tint replaced this week (as I didn't want to sell anyone a car with a bad radio). The tint was replaced but the radio reception problem did not go away. I immediately called Lexus of Valencia and spoke with Service Advisor James Riddle. He looked up my records and saw my complaint about the radio in 2004 or 2005. Mr. Riddle, who had prior experience working at Clarion, was able to diagnose and fix the issue in 30 seconds. He patiently explained (as I was really unhappy I just spent $100 removing the rear tint that I didn't need to) that over time, radio stations changed their frequency slightly (e.g. 101.1 is really 101.07 and over time they may switch to 101.09 even though we only see 101.1 on the radio unit). He advised that I use the seek button to go up to the next station and go back down to 101.1. This causes the Mark Levinson to seek the strongest radio signal which is now 101.09 (even though we only see 101.1 on the radio unit). You can then re-program your favorites with the "new" radio frequencies and the sporadic reception issues go away. Mr. Riddle also took the time to speak with the Service Manager to get me a $100 worth of service credit for my Lexus to offset the price of my tint replacement. His outstanding customer service and knowledge is a true asset to Lexus Valencia. Lexus is lucky to have such a knowledgeable and patient employee. He definitely salvaged this relationship as my family and I only own Toyotas and Lexus and get our service done locally. More

He really went out of his way to share every detail about the car. Once he was done, I had to buy it!!!! I had a very positive experience at this dealership! Everyone....and this includes everybody, the receptionist, the finance person, the service guy...everybody was wonderful!!! I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in purchasing a Lexus!!! More

My parents have the Mercedes SUV and want to trade it in for the same Lexus I own at the termination of their lease. I have always had my car serviced at Lexus of Valencia. Everyone in the service departmant has always been friendly to me. My service person is Bryan. Bryan has always been accommadating to me everytime I get service. If possible, he will get me a loaner vehicle while my car is being serviced. He is always honest about the maintenance needed, which gives me time to financially prepare for the next service. Bryan is an absolute great representative of Lexus of Valencia. More

I was looking for a new car and told John Perkins the color and specifications. His superior, Pedro called to say they found the car in Orange County and would bring it in but I would have to give a cred color and specifications. For two days after that they kept dragging their feet, oh they will get the car, they hadn't had a chance to get it yet, etc., etc. At that point I changed my mind and told them I would not be buying the car after all. John Perkins assured me my credit card would not be charged. I got my statement, and sure enough, I was charged a thousand dollars. This was a charge for no service, or item provided. More
