I was treated like an intelligent woman at this dealership! I had visited other dealerships that day & was treated as if I was the village idiot. This is my second time buying a car at this dealer. I dealt with John Perkins (same sales guy from my previous car) and Mark Johnson. Again, this was a wonderful experience and not the typical pressure dealt with John Perkins (same sales guy from my previous car) and Mark Johnson. Again, this was a wonderful experience and not the typical pressure sales from other dealers. They do treat you like you are their only customer and the deal I got was unbelievable!!! Mr. Riddle is the best service employee we have ever dealt with. We have dealt with Acura, Mercedes, Mazda, and Honda but we have not had the great customer service experience as we did with Mr. Riddle dealt with. Excellent customer/sales persons relationships. The staff make it very comfortable. The ammenities i.e. lounge area, beverages and snacks are outstanding.
