Mr. Riddle is the best service employee we have ever dealt with. We have dealt with Acura, Mercedes, Mazda, and Honda but we have not had the great customer service experience as we did with Mr. Riddle dealt with. We plan on always asking for Mr. Riddle for our future needs because he treated us with friendliness and respect. We have never dealt with a better dealership than Lexus. Thank you for everything. Bryan Stover is simply the best customer service representative i've been around. He makes scheduling appointments easy, explains everything clearly and gets me out of there quickly with great resp representative i've been around. WE had visited several other dealers that day (Audi, Hyundai, MB) and all were pleasant, but Lexus Valencia had a very refreshing approach that set them apart. There was no pressure at all and reaching agreement on price and trade was professional and actually pleasant. We not only love our car but feel very good about our future realtionship with Lexus Valencia. More
Excellent customer/sales persons relationships. The staff make it very comfortable. The ammenities i.e. lounge area, beverages and snacks are outstanding. I received excellent service from my Asst. Service Mgr, Scott Melville. He's allways friendly, prompt and professional. Scott also told me of discounts I could receive via the delership web-site. This was one of the best new car leasing experiences I have had (and I have been leasing cars for more than 20 years). I am not the easiest new car buyer to deal with and I have armed myself with software have had (and I have been leasing cars for more than 20 years). I am not the easiest new car buyer to deal with and I have armed myself with software tools and some knowledge about how the game works. I am no expert but perhaps a bit more savvy than most shoppers. Jarvis Kelly, the Business & Internet mgr was my first contact. He immediately understood how I like to work and provided me all the information I asked for and needed as I pursued this car by email vs phone or visiting the dealership (my request as my time and other factors precluded phone and visits). I provided details as to the car I wanted (a new 2010 HS250h hybrid), the colors that would and wouldn't work and the budget limits I had to deal with. Jarvis was the ONLY dealer to a) get to my budget needs b) find the car in the color we wanted. (Most of the new 2010 cars are gone and the color selection on those left is very limited). We closed a deal by phone during the week - while I was stuck in traffic on the 405 - and we picked up the car on Saturday 2/26 - which was the first time I actually met Jarvis in person. Jarvis orchestrated the final stages by introducing us to Ken Oleesly, the sales rep in charge of 'delivering' the car to us. Ken was great and patient. He walked us through an intro to the massive literature Lexus provides on this car and gave us quick hints as to how to use the materials to get to know the car on our own time. After that Ken introduced us to the car and gave us an in-depth tutorial of all the resources and many of the 'hidden' features available through the control stick and information monitor. Ken also invited us to come back for another 'lesson' after we had more experience with the car so we could go over questions that would undoubtedly come up. By the time we rolled off the lot, we knew quite a bit about this car because of Ken's patience and thoroughness. The last member of the team we dealt with was David Kim. David was the finance guy and he helped us go through the paper work in record time. No pressure for after-market add-ons (a common tactic employed at many dealerships). David mentioned one option called MaxGard - which is a good one - it protects the exterior and interior of the car - and when we declined he accepted our decision gracefully and we concluded the entire transaction in minutes. Based on our experience with this dealer, one that is more than 35 mi from our home, I highly recommend anyone looking for a Lexus to check them out. More
Experience was excellent because there was no high pressure sales and both the sales representative (David Mendoza) and the sales manager (Mark Johnson) were very knowledgeable on the vehicle and avai pressure sales and both the sales representative (David Mendoza) and the sales manager (Mark Johnson) were very knowledgeable on the vehicle and available inventory. The car that I wanted with the features I needed was not on their lot, but they were able to locate it and get to the Valencia lot on the day they promised. Mr. Mendoza also did an outstanding job following up to let me know where they were every step of the way. Also, when the car came in, he did an outstanding job going over all of the features and offered follow up training sessions any time we needed them. Overall, the sales experience was outstanding.
