I had just recently got my car wrecked so I was in need of a car with not many options to get it, but wow this dealership was amazing. Going in thinking it wasn't going to happen and the sales associate Jo of a car with not many options to get it, but wow this dealership was amazing. This is the reason I bought my second Lexus. The service department make you feel proud to own a Lexus. Everyone from the person who answers the phones, to the parts counter to the service bay are true professionals. Mr. Jim Riddle in the service department is awesome. He is always cheerful, helpful and understanding. I used to hate taking my cars in for service, but now I don't mind at all. The service I have received at this dealership is excellent. John was kind, patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in all ways starting me off perfectly in my new Lexus. Kristin then took over and has been superior at her job. I have never received such service. She is extremely knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to see that all my needs are met. She is patient with questions and explains everything in a clear succent manner and is willing to do whatever it takes to solve a problem. She is always on time and keeps in contact with me. This is the first time in my 62 years of life and many cars that I have felt this secure with a dealership. When I need a another new car John will hear from me and Kirstin will take care of it. This is my second time buying a car at this dealer. I dealt with John Perkins (same sales guy from my previous car) and Mark Johnson. Again, this was a wonderful experience and not the typical pressure dealt with John Perkins (same sales guy from my previous car) and Mark Johnson.
