This dealership provides outstanding service, coordinated through teamwork, so that I get the same great treatment regardless which Service Advisor happens to be working that day. They're responsive to my concerns, have worked with me on pricing, and always have a clean loaner available. They go above-and-beyond the call: I once brought my car in with almost no gas in the tank, and got it back with a few extra gallons (no charge), just so that I wouldn't worry about whether I'd make it to a gas station. There's never a hard-sell on services. I recommend Lexus of Valencia's service department without reservation. More

Bryan was great. He picked up my car at my house, left me a loaner(a newer RX 350 than mine), returned it the next day serviced and washed! Saved me a lot of time and no inconvenience with having to take off a loaner(a newer RX 350 than mine), returned it the next day serviced and washed! Over the past few years I have purchased two Lexus for my wife from Todd and his Team at Valencia Lexus and felt each time I recived the best price and terms possible. The Service and Parts Team at Valen wife from Todd and his Team at Valencia Lexus and felt each time I recived the best price and terms possible. The Service and Parts Team at Valencia Lexus are among the finest I have ever worked with. They treat my Family and I like royality. Jim and the service group seem to always have a smile on, and delivery my car to me spotless clean after service. I bought a German auto for myself (I like the ride and feel of German cars) and the dealer I purchased from is not even in the same leauge as Lexus of Valencia in regards to sales and service. My wife recognized lack of professionalisim at the German car dealer we purchased my car from and said it best when I asked her if she would like a new car from the German car dealer. Her simple response was, 'No Thanks, I will stick to Lexus quality and my friends at Lexus.' More

My LS was in for warranty work. The customer service Jim gives is always outstanding. He always has a friendly smile and hispersonality always makes one feel welcomed to the dealership. I have purchased many cars over the years from many different dealerships. Never have I finished a purchase and thought that I would buy from them again...until now! Leslie was kind, considerate, fun different dealerships. Never have I finished a purchase and thought that I would buy from them again...until now! Leslie was kind, considerate, funny and just a good person deal with. We will buy all of our cars from her and refer all of our friends and family to her. In addition to Leslie, her support team was AWESOME! From the receptionist to finance they are a class act at Keyes Lexus of Valencia! The GM, Luther White, even made it a point to speak with us and make sure that we were being well taken care of. Great experience from start to finish! More

This dealership operates at nowhere near the usual Lexus care level and I do not trust them at all. I have had my Lexus(es) serviced at 4 dealers (Westminster CA, Freehold NJ, Lexington KY and this one) and care level and I do not trust them at all. I have had my Lexus(es) serviced at 4 dealers (Westminster CA, Freehold NJ, Lexington KY and this one) and oh boy, they really need to know what Lexus service is!!! I had my RX330 car serviced for 100,000 mile service. They first recommended the whole "packaged" deal for almost $1000 but I explained that I had the timing belt as well as other things done recently with them at 80,000 mile (yes, same dealership even though I wasn't too happy the first time. I thought I give them a second chance) so they ended up doing only transmission, oil change as well as 2 recall repairs from Lexus, cost $680. They then informed me that the engine light is on (it was on for about 2 weeks) and needed to be looked into. The estimated repair is around $4,000 more including back brakes which they say now is very thin, Catalytic converter, O2 sensor, stop light switch. They informed me that there is rodent droppings in around the engine and in the air filter and the air filter was bitten into. I kindly informed them that I will pay for the $680 intended work and took my car home and already scheduled the second opinion inspection/repair with another reputable Lexus dealer. As I took the car home, the car was not vacuumed at all and left filthy. The brakes now makes noise and my wife was complaining that the car was never in such condition when we brought it in. We drove home feeling like we just narrowly avoided a dishonest used car dealer rather than the relaxed feeling driving a freshly serviced car from Lexus. When I got home, I opened the glove compartment, take out the air filter only to see that all the trash and debris/droppings were left on the filter. I mean ANY reasonable person would just dump it out instead of shoving everything back in. It took me 30 seconds to do this!!! NEVER again, Lexus of Valencia. I will make sure that my friends and colleagues are aware of your service level. More

This is my 3rd time going to this dealership. First of all, it's near my home. Secondly, Jim is very friendly & accomodating. Lastly, the price is very fair. For a car in this price range and only 88,000 miles there have been too many expensive things that have gone wrong.
