Made appointment over the phone for new car sevice and got Bryan by chance. Got to appointment on time. Stood by the car for 10+ minutes while Bryan happily chatting with a female customer in his office. got Bryan by chance. Got to appointment on time. Other service reps not interested in helping since appointment was made by Bryan. Some simply ignored me standing there waiting. Never got a call after the work was done until I checked e-mail & called to confirm. Never felt warmly welcomed by service reps at this dealership before but this time was the worst of all. Very poor professionalism by Bryan and others not stepping in to offer help. Will not recommend this dealership and will not return. More
