The night before we were going to purchase the same car in Woodland Hills and after waiting 1 1/2 hours to write the check we left. The "finance person" was busy. It was only "10 minutes more". It was not the salesman fault but of the manager who finally said he would write up the papers. We left and my daughter looked around the internet ans was contacted by Joey. He came through with everything he said and had the papers done quickly. He explained how the different things worked on the car. The dealership seemed to me to run nicely and very professional. This is the second car that we have bought from Lexus of Valencia with John being our salesman. The first car was an IS250 which was my dream car...John was very helpful and knew the product well. I however was forced to get a new car as an accident left my car totaled. I will mention that the impact was from the rear and at a high rate of speed and no one was hurt it was one tough car. We test drove 3 differend cars and John was patient, understanding and listen to our needs. I am truly happy with our RX350 and how we were taken care of. I would highly recomend John to anybody!!!
