Scott was Excellent, very helpful and the time frame for me to drop off and pick up my car (after hours) worked extremely well for my demanding schedule. Wash & vacuuming my car was a nice touch... A couple of suggestions: the car wash was great, but they missed the side mirrors, they were really spotty, and I picked my car up at night, so this was an issue. Also I have my headlights set on auto (On & Off), but someone had turned them off, so I traveled several blocks w/o headlights before I realized someone had turned them off. Overall my experience was very good, and working with Scott is great. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. More
