The minute I drove into the service area Shawna jumped out and took all the info for my car. She is super. She gets all the pre-paperwork ready to go fast so that the service advisor gets to me quickly a out and took all the info for my car. She is super. She always asks me if I need a ride anywhere or if I would like any complimentary beverages etc. Funny thing is that the service department is always so quick and efficient it would be a waste of time to get a ride anywhere because your car is usually done that fast for regular mainenance! Bryan always goes above and beyond to make sure all my cars needs are met. He remembers who I am though he must have thousands of customers, and is very friendly. I have had several complicated issues arise and he does the work. None of the other nonsense you hear from other dealerships where they belittle you and make you call insurance, or corporate to find out which maintenance plan you are on etc. This service department is top-notch! I moved about 45 minutes away but make the drive to Valencia to get my service done because the one 5 minutes away can't do the job right. Thanks guys! I really appreciate you! More

Scott was Excellent, very helpful and the time frame for me to drop off and pick up my car (after hours) worked extremely well for my demanding schedule. The time line for my car to be serviced was great, the cost of the door lock activator was a little pricey ($600), but the Oil Change service cost was reasonable. Wash & vacuuming my car was a nice touch... A couple of suggestions: the car wash was great, but they missed the side mirrors, they were really spotty, and I picked my car up at night, so this was an issue. Also I have my headlights set on auto (On & Off), but someone had turned them off, so I traveled several blocks w/o headlights before I realized someone had turned them off. Overall my experience was very good, and working with Scott is great. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. More
