On September 7th we purchased a 2013 ES 350 which (according to the window sticker) had a "Lexus Premium Audio System w/in-Dash 6 Disc CD Player,..." installed. However, when we began exploring the (according to the window sticker) had a "Lexus Premium Audio System w/in-Dash 6 Disc CD Player,..." installed. However, when we began exploring the vehicle the next day we were dismayed to learn that the car did NOT have a 6 Disc Player. We immediately contacted the dealer and explained the problem. Mr Gaffar (our salesman) met with us to discuss the propblem and during the discussion he said that, a) he should have explained the situation regarding the the disc player, i.e. if the Navigation system is installed then the 6 Disc Player is not, and b)this information regarding the player is a carry-over from the 2012 models and that Lexus hasn't changed it yet. We once again expressed our dissatisfaction with the vehicle and requested it to be taken back. Mr Gaffar then referred us to Mr Lewis Cook who, after contacting others, told us that "returning the car was not an option". So, in summary: 1. We purchased a car in reliance on the information listed on the window sticker as well as the salesman's statements. 2. The car was not as presented both in writing and by the salesman. 3. Any attempt to resolve the issue by rescinding the sale was rejected by Lexus. All in all a very BAD experience. More

I was travelling in southern California on a Friday afternoon when my Lexus reminded me it was time for service (normally done at Lexus of Portland). I'm not their sales or service customer and, living in Oregon, am not likely to be - but Shawna and Mike treated me like I was their best customer! My Lexus was serviced promptly, washed and returned to me in a very short time - and I was back on my way. Lexus of Valencia, and Shawna and Mike, couldn't have been more helpful, courteous or friendly. My Lexus purchase decision was reaffirmed! I would highly recommend these individuals and the entire team at Lexus of Valencia for quality service and a great customer experience! More
