John assessed my needs and interests in a car and recommended a few models, one of which I test drove and instantly fell in love. I shopped around for several more months before committing to a vehicle, but all the while John was on top of his game and sent me an email from time to time to check-in and remind me that he was there to serve me when I was ready to purchase. His style, approach, and persistence was welcoming and finally paid off! I returned to Lexus of Valencia yesterday to lease a new vehicle and John was the first one there to greet me at the door. I proceeded to Joey Scarbury's office because earlier that morning I had submitted an Internet quote that Joey responded to very quickly with a phone call to me. I worked with Joey through the lease process and it was a painless and most pleasurable purchasing experience. Both John and Joey have left a remarkable impression on me with their thorough product knowledge, world-class customer service, and no-pressure salesmanship. Their goal was to make me happy and a loyal customer. Their exceeded my expectations and have made me a Lexus buyer for life! I will be directing all of my friends and colleagues who are shopping for a car (and a world-class experience) to John and Joey. Those guys are amazing! Thank you! I've searched far and wide for an honest Lexus Dealership to find me a Certified RX450h. I did not want to travel all the way to Valencia until the right deal was in place. John made sure to work with me until that was done and respected many of my own investigations in the used car. In fact, my own console sliding piece was missing. John personally mailed the parts to me and made sure my transaction was complete. Now that's what I call full service and a true honest salesman. John's been in the business a real long time and if you want that kind of experience, he's the only salesman I would work with. Even though it has been 4 months down the line, John still follows up in email to make sure that his customers are doing great. If I ever need to buy another Lexus, it will only be from John Perkins. The minute I drove into the service area Shawna jumped out and took all the info for my car. She is super. She gets all the pre-paperwork ready to go fast so that the service advisor gets to me quickly a out and took all the info for my car. She is super. She always asks me if I need a ride anywhere or if I would like any complimentary beverages etc. Funny thing is that the service department is always so quick and efficient it would be a waste of time to get a ride anywhere because your car is usually done that fast for regular mainenance! Bryan always goes above and beyond to make sure all my cars needs are met. He remembers who I am though he must have thousands of customers, and is very friendly. I have had several complicated issues arise and he does the work. None of the other nonsense you hear from other dealerships where they belittle you and make you call insurance, or corporate to find out which maintenance plan you are on etc. This service department is top-notch! I moved about 45 minutes away but make the drive to Valencia to get my service done because the one 5 minutes away can't do the job right. Thanks guys! I really appreciate you! More
