Incredible Customer Service I have bought two cars from Lexus of Valencia dealership. I also have my cars serviced at the dealership. I have never had a bad experience and the last seven years. They are consistently reliable, professional, honest and accommodating and every possible way. The work is done in a timely manner. Several times I have been given a loaner car for the day so I can keep my busy day on schedule. Mini times, they have picked me up And take me back to the dealership to retrieve my car. My service advisor, David, not only is knowledgeable about the cars he services, but is always available to answer any questions I have about the work done on my car. He takes a personal interest in each of his customers. He is calm, patient and very approachable. This is really seen these days in any service industry. I would highly recommend Lexus of Valencia!
