I called & spoke to Bryan Stover who advised that they had a battery in stock. We brought the vehicle in & Bryan greeted us promptly & had the vehicle taken back to the service bay. The battery was replaced & we were back on the road in less than an hour. This was an excellent service experience! More

I have never had a bad experience and the last seven years. They are consistently reliable, professional, honest and accommodating and every possible way. The work is done in a timely manner. Several times I have been given a loaner car for the day so I can keep my busy day on schedule. Mini times, they have picked me up And take me back to the dealership to retrieve my car. My service advisor, David, not only is knowledgeable about the cars he services, but is always available to answer any questions I have about the work done on my car. He takes a personal interest in each of his customers. He is calm, patient and very approachable. This is really seen these days in any service industry. I would highly recommend Lexus of Valencia!
