I worked with Sterling Knight, the salesman, who showed me a variety of cars, and he actually listened to what I wanted and what my preferences were. During the same week I visited Lexus of Valencia, I also visited two other similar level car dealerships in the same area. Honestly, I was shocked at how poorly those dealerships handled my requests to learn more about their cars. Only this dealership seemed to care about me, and to take the time to show me cars that were both what I wanted and in my price range. Ultimately I did purchase a car from Lexus of Valencia, and I am glad that I did. I feel confident that they will take care of me, and of my car, for years to come. Thank you Sterling, and Danny, for your help. You were about as perfect as I could ever hope for. More

Excellent Internet Service!!! I live in Las Vegas and was looking for a 2018 Lexus 300 NX. The two Lexus dealerships here in town are both by owned by the same organization and unf I live in Las Vegas and was looking for a 2018 Lexus 300 NX. The two Lexus dealerships here in town are both by owned by the same organization and unfortunately it has been my experience, that I can normally obtain a far better price by buying in CA or AZ. I contacted Dean Boeh via the Internet and found him to be courteous, professional and very helpful. I was extremely impressed by Dean's genuine desire to work with us. There were no games, no aggressive BS, no hidden fees, just an honest and reasonable offer. Dean is a pleasure to work with! More
Do not bring your car here!!! I brought my car here for service last week and my advisor was Tony. Upon receiving my car after service, there was 3 scratches and paint missing from my bumper. I told Tony about it and he was completely disrespectful. He said they would not take responsibility and had a total attitude about it. His manager Derick tried to have the paint fixed and was unsuccessful. And once again there was nothing they could do. Either one could show me cameras to prove the damage was there when I brought it in. I've owned 20 cars over my lifetime, many that visited dealerships and I've never had such a horrible experience like this. After this, I might be trading in my lexus got another brand because of how I was treated. The general manager Rob was no better. He still claimed no responsibility. More
Amazing customer service at Valencia Lexus Dealership Just imagine. I picked up my elderly family at LAX and we were on an extended road trip to Yosemite in my Lexus RX450h when it died on the Grapevine n Just imagine. I picked up my elderly family at LAX and we were on an extended road trip to Yosemite in my Lexus RX450h when it died on the Grapevine near the top pf the Tejon Pass. It was on a dangerous turn on Hwy 5 with roaring semi's blaring their horns and passing our car with inches to spare. As we exited the car in the 100+ degree temp it quickly became obvious that we were in no small trouble. I arranged to have the vehicle towed and called the Lexus dealer in Valencia explaining our predicament, and could they help. Without hesitation the customer service person dispatched a courtesy van to pick up my family while I rode to the dealership in the tow truck. The courtesy van miraculously arrived at the same time as the tow truck - this was vitally important and "Wow" #1. When we arrived at the dealership a loaner RX350 was waiting for us ready to go, no questions asked. "Wow" #2. Our trip was perfect with many memories we'll cherish for years to come, and had it not been for the fast turn-around our trip could have easily been much less memorable. When I returned to the Valencia Lexus dealer with the loaner vehicle it was determined that no costs would be incurred on the car since the problem was the hybrid system overheating and there was nothing they could fix. In addition and for no charge, the Valencia Lexus dealer updated various recall warnings and washed and vacuumed the car. "Wow's," #3, #4, and #5. All I can say is the Valencia Lexus dealer customer department is amazing, and I have a very heartfelt 'thank you' to say to all involved. Great job everyone!! More

As I told you on the phone last night, I felt that you passed me off to someone else. In fact I was under the impression that you were busy at the moment and would be returning to assist me. After returning from test driving the 2nd vehicle, I observed you walking off the lot. At this point, I was still thinking you were going to return shortly thereafter to assist me. The reason I thought this was because I had been corresponding with you through email and phone and text. You introduced Al and mumbled something about he's going to take you on a test drive of the vehicles. Then you disappeared. You were very vague. In fact when I saw you leaving and not returning, I felt you were dissing me or trying to avoid me. I even asked Al if you were coming back to assist me. He said no that he was going to help me. Al was a nice guy but the impresion you gave was confusing, vague, and left me feeling unimportant. What's more disappointing is that I called you after I left the dealer to express my dissatisfaction with your service and the offer I was given. You said you would call me back after I specifically asked you if you were going to call me back shortly thereafter. After waiting for a resonable amount of time (about 45 minutes), I called you back because I hadn't received a call from you. Of course, it goes to your voicemail and I leave a message that I was still waiting a call back from you. After a few minutes, I text you the same message. As of now I still haven't received any response from you. Needless to say, you left me feeling very dissatisfied, disrespected, ignored, and angry. Certainly not the VIP treatment you stated in your email. I would appreciate it if you could let me know either way. But it's obvious you are ignoring me, hoping that I'd forget about this. This is absolutely unacceptable and has left a bad taste in my mind about you and Lexus of Valencia. I will make a formal complaint and post this bad review on the appropriate websites.
