My major concern was the hard top convertible and Elton (service technician par excellence) and Brian (the service advisor) worked hand in hand to make sure all my concerns were addressed and kept me in the loop as they had to order and wait for parts. Also, the GS350 Fsport loaner car was a dream and made me realize just how special this Lexus dealership is and how well they treat their customers. More
