My vehicle purchase experience at Lexus of Valencia could not have been better. My current GX was 15 years old and had 226,000 miles on it and it was time for a new vehicle. I already knew it was a reliable vehicle so I didn’t even have to test drive one. I had been trying to purchase a GX 460 for two years in a specific color combination. I went to Lexus of Oxnard two years ago and tried to order the GX and was told they would have to call and find out if it could be ordered. I even offered to leave a cash down payment. Almost two years later and I still haven’t heard back from them. Every time the vehicle I was looking for became available, I would reach out to the dealership but every time they would tell me it was already sold or on hold for someone else. I was referred to Mike Murray at Lexus of Valencia by Chris Case at Oxnard Toyota. I contacted Mike and he reached out to a couple of dealerships. I had the GX I had been trying to purchase for two years, in my driveway in a week and at a price that couldn’t be beat. The day the vehicle arrived, Al Gaffar worked with me to do all my paperwork online as I was nervous about going to the dealership during these Covid times. Al personally delivered the vehicle to me that same day. So what do I think of Lexus of Valencia and my Lexus of Valencia team of Mike Murray and Al Gaffar, 5 stars across the board!!!!! More
