Technician did a great job repairing the vehicle along with providing repair recommendations. Porters did a great job shuttling the vehicle safely to repair and returning the vehicle clean and in good working order to the customer. Tire Adviser along with Service Writer Yoby provided a good detail tire assessment and recommending replacement time and new tire quotes. Lexus loaner vehicle was clean and in good safer working order. More

I took my car in for basic service and to check out the front end. Yoby and the team at Swickard discovered that my struts were leaking. Another mechanic shop had stated that my control arms needed replaci front end. Yoby and the team at Swickard discovered that my struts were leaking. Another mechanic shop had stated that my control arms needed replacing. My control arms were fine. Yoby lined me up with a loaner,got the work approved by my warranty company, had all the other work done and had my car detailed as I wanted. They and he did an excellent job. I could not be happier.
