I have been a customer of this Lexus dealer since 1998, I purchased the following cars from them: 1998 ES 2004 RX 2008 GS 2010 RX 2013 GS 2013 RX Fsport The sales and service staff at this dealers purchased the following cars from them: 1998 ES 2004 RX 2008 GS 2010 RX 2013 GS 2013 RX Fsport The sales and service staff at this dealership are exceptional, it is a pleasure to purchase and service a car with them. I would recommend this dealer to anyone that wants to purchase a new Lexus on Long Island. They care about their customers and they do whatever it takes to make sure their customers are 100% satified. I worked with Walter M., Robert R. and Denise P. on my most recent purchase and next year when my son starts driving we will be getting him a Lexus because this dealer is that good. Many people take the time to complain when things go wrong at a dealer but they do not take the time to commend them when things go right, that is why I am rating this dealer. Thanks. Bob P. More

Robert Rossworn was a pleasure to work with when my husband and I purchased our Lexus about a half year ago. We recently lost one key, and, since he told us at the time of sale to call any time we had husband and I purchased our Lexus about a half year ago. We recently lost one key, and, since he told us at the time of sale to call any time we had a question or problem, we called Mr. Rossworn. He was true to his word - a great help as far as replacing the key in a short time. There was no car sale at this time - just help and advice... and a car wash!! We truly enjoy working with him. More

Both Robert and Taylor were extremely patient and gave us as much time as we needed to make our decisions. WE had their undivided attention at all times and they answered all questions without any hint of c as much time as we needed to make our decisions. My wife's indecision in making certain choices would have driven me to drink, but Robert gave her all the time she needed Taylor was exceptional. She, too,was extremely patient and professional. She inspires great confidence in the dealership and we felt that she was quite sincere in her attempts to help us get the most out of the car we had bought. From the moment we met with her she was prepared, professional and all went smoothly. My wife's angst about mastering the technology within the car was greatly assuaged by Taylor who conluded her demonstration of the many features by making my wife could return as often as necessary for instruction. So happy to have had the true pleasure to met and speak with Abbas. He has an outstanding intellectual ability but yet when he spoke to us he was soft spoken, kind and patience. After recently purchasing a 2012ES, I found I had additonal questions regarding the cars features. I called Abbas to schedule an apppointment. Purchasing my first Lexus at Smithtown was beyond my expectations. Before even entering the premises, I spoke with Bob Rossworn on the phone at which time he quoted a price, which ultimately is what I expectations. Quite different from what I've experienced in the past! Upon delivery of the vehicule, I was introduced to Frank Loviglio who spent at least 2 hours patiently giving me a comprehensive tutorial on operating my new Lexus. I look forward to returning to the dealership for maintenance and would highly recommend Lexus of Smithtown. By the way, I love the car! More
