Purchasing my first Lexus at Smithtown was beyond my expectations. Before even entering the premises, I spoke with Bob Rossworn on the phone at which time he quoted a price, which ultimately is what I expectations. Quite different from what I've experienced in the past! Upon delivery of the vehicule, I was introduced to Frank Loviglio who spent at least 2 hours patiently giving me a comprehensive tutorial on operating my new Lexus.
