I called my Smithtown Lexus dealership on Thursday inquiring if I could turn my 2010 Lexus RX in six months early. They said sure, no problem. Your new car will be ready Friday at 2:00. I was greeted inquiring if I could turn my 2010 Lexus RX in six months early. They said sure, no problem. Your new car will be ready Friday at 2:00. I was greeted by Bob Rossworn, the sales manager, who had all my paperwork ready for me. I then met with Delores Russell who called my insurance company and in literally two minutes had my insurance transferred over. I was then introduced to Neil Fogel, my sales consultant. Neil went over the whole car with me and set up my Bluetooth phone and radio stations ( most important). By the time I was handed my keys, Neil felt like a part of my family. He shared very heart warming stories about his family with me and we had many laughs. This is my seventh Lexus and will not be my last! More

Everybody was so friendly and helpful with all my questions and concerns. They walked me through every step of the process from the beginning paperwork explaining what each signature and document wa questions and concerns. They walked me through every step of the process from the beginning paperwork explaining what each signature and document was for and when it came time to pick up my car they explained all the features in a way that i could remember them. They were very patient with me asking them multiple times how to work the navigation and all it had to offer. At no point did i feel rushed or signs of frustrations on there faces. I would and will recommend the staff that i worked with and i look forward to saying hello to them when i bring my car in for an occasional oil change. If your looking for honesty with a helpful hand then i truly say work with everyone at Lexus of Smithtown. More
