Our sales person, Charles Greene was very informative. He answered all of our questions and was there for us throughout the process, from our walking into the dealership to his handing us the keys to our new SUV, explaining and demonstrating all of its features. The sales Manager, Frank Galante approved a very fair price on both our purchase and trade in, and as did Charles Greene, treated us as valued customers. The Finance Mgr.Denise Plourde was a pleasure to deal with. She made the financing, insurance and DMV issues happen without so much as a glitch. She knows her job inside out! In closing I must say that as a result of the treatment my wife and I received from the 3 aforementioned individuals our next new car purchase will be at Lexus of Smithtown. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Enzo Tripani was the sales associate who assisted me in getting the best price for my new leased vehicle (2015 RX350) and to say he was really great in every aspect of my new lease is an understatement. Bob Rossworn, the sales manager stepped in when we needed to "navigate" through some "uncharted territory" and Denise Plourde in Finance helped me out tremendously when I found myself in some "rough terrain". I also want to thank the staff for accommodating my senior parents with all the goodies you had on hand - the coffee maker kept my pop busy for quite some time(!) and my pup Dino was welcome by all. Excellent Service Department I am from Boston, MA and was visiting Long Island. My RX450h had a blown tire from the debris on Long Island Expressway and I was stuck on a Saturday I am from Boston, MA and was visiting Long Island. My RX450h had a blown tire from the debris on Long Island Expressway and I was stuck on a Saturday afternoon hundreds of miles from home. I changed to my spare tire and immediately called Lexus of Smithtown service department. Leigh West was my advisor who was extraordinarily helpful and within an hour she got my tire warranty worked out, installed a brand new matching Michelin, and got me on the road again. The car was as good as new. Lexus of Smithtown is highly recommended dealership and has a superb service department that is customer oriented!!! More
