Manager ~ Less than Professional Had been car shopping for a pre-owned IS 250 and had received quotes from multiple dealerships. When we believed we had narrowed the deal down between two separate dealers; although same ownership, Southampton and Smithtown, the manager told us it was not respectful for us to be negotiating with one of their other stores and it was frowned upon by him to for us be calling Southampton while outside his store speaking to another sales person. Interstingly enough, we had made the final decision to purchase the vehichle from Smithtown until the manager got involved. It was literally the last 10 minutes of an hour long polite, negotiation and discussion with Louis Piro when Micahel became involved. The numbers were decided upon, the deal was done! We are still not sure why he came over~ He was to say the least, unprofessional, argumentative and defensive. The last time I checked, it was the consumers right to shop around and the dealers decision to meet or beat the deal. He lost the deal for his salesperson, Louis Piro, who was professional and worked through the deal for us. Southampton gave us the same deal and the drive was well worth the customer service we received there. It is infortunate that the deal breaker was the manger, shouldn't he have been the deal closer? I can not say anything positive about Michael Anno and our experience with him. More

The sales professional, Charles Greene fully met our expectations regarding this purchase. He is an incredible sales executive and made every step of the process a pleasure. During our initial phone communication, test driving and delivery of the vehicle, he was very helpful and very patient. He took the time to explain every detail about the car, gave us a very informative demonstration of the car. He answered all the questions we had. Even after we took the car home, he called us and asked how did we feel about the car when drove it on the way home. Thank you, Charles, your assistances are greatly appreciated. I absolutely recommend to anyone, if you are looking a Lexus, go to the Lexus of Smithtown and ask for Mr. Charles Greene! More

On Friday morning I lost reverse on the Lexus I was currently driving (225,000 miles) and called Bob Rossworn to let him know I needed a replacement. I carefully drove the crippled vehicle to the dealership and met with Bob, Dolores Russell and Marc Kimmel. Monday afternoon I pulled out with my beautiful new (well, to me anyway ) 2011 LC 350 with only 33,000 miles on it. It could not have been an easier , more pleasant experience. Michael Mandolese was my salesperson for this transaction and I can with 100% confidence say that he fully met and exceeded my expectations regarding this purchase. Upon entering the dealership, you get an immediate feeling that the place wasn't filled with pushy salespeople. Mike was extremely welcoming, friendly and personable. I never felt pressured during the process, which help put me at ease with making the right decision. Some qualities that I appreciated from Mike was that he was honest and knowledgeable. Upon delivery of the car, Mike was still providing first-class service ensuring that I knew how to use the different features in the car. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to get into a Lexus! More
