There service dept is a true horror to deal with and impossible to even get parts for anymore and you would have to wait weeks. Impossible for me to buy the 2015 Impala I wanted to when commuting to city and dealing with that insanity. Was so hesitant to buy a Lexus in fear of the damage to the truck thats happens commuting period but it was the BEST decision Ive made and am now prob stuck with lexuses for the 15 years :) because I have truly fallen i love with this truck but what will keep me coming back is the Service Department. They are all a pleasure to deal with down to the young guys that clean the car. Im hooked and look forward to maybe a car version also in the future in addition. More
