Out standing service and sales. Sales process was delightful. Salesman was helpful and informative. I went for an appointment at 11:30 and by 1:30 I was leaving with my new car. Although we did not close during my initial visit, Ken was persistent in getting me a worthwhile deal to suit my needs. When we completed the deal, Ken continued his diligence to get me into my new vehicle in short order. Denise and Tim were very hospitable during my visits. Smithtown Lexus were the most friendly car dealership I ever ran into. Toni gave me the utmost respect and he was laid back and cool. Smithtown gave me almost book value for my 2009 M35x Inifiniti then Smithtown lexus placed my 2009 M35x tires on 2011 M37x b/c my tires were in better condition little things like that goes a long way with me. The atmosphere was comfortable great experience but what took the cake with me they are 15 minutes away from the Ferry so I drove my new car onto the ferry and came back to Connecticut bypassing all of NY/CT traffic. Long as Im living in CT I will buy my next car from Smithtown of Lexus. Maurice More

However, they were more than fair, very responsive and accommodating and Robert Miller was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend the dealership and Mr. Miller in particular as conducting business the way it should be conducted. More
Don't go here they will rob you the first chance they get!!! We came to this dealership to lease a 2016 NX300H. Before talking to us they said we must give a $500 deposit for them to open up a so-called file to We came to this dealership to lease a 2016 NX300H. Before talking to us they said we must give a $500 deposit for them to open up a so-called file to talk to us which we would supposetly receive back if we didn't end up getting a car there. We chose a car that was fully loaded to be delivered in 2-3 days. On the 3rd day we got a call from Denise Plourde telling us that the car they found was more expensive by $500 that could be delivered in 2 days (on Thursday) which we excepted. On Wednesday Denise called again and told us that there was no way we could get a car before Saturday. We were not happy with this news postponing it day after day. We called back the dealership requesting our deposit back to our card, for which they said we must fiscally came back to do. We answered that we couldn't come there today but we will be coming tomorrow and a person to see would be Mr. Salman. However, when we came back Mr. Salman was not there instead, we were seen by manager Robert Rossworn who refused to give back the deposit saying that it cost them to get the car $400 and literary got rid of us with very bad attitude. We feel robbed and cheated from them. We don't recommend anyone to do business with this dealership. More
