It’s the same thing over and over you get my story then the dealerships story and you always back the business. Me and my wife had three cars through Lexus and it would of have been more in the future. Sadly the service department in smithtown Lexus is absolutely horrendous, and lie to my wife putting words in my mouth to make them look good. Can’t wait to give this IS back when the lease is up. Media definitely is backing me since twice Smithtown Lexus didn’t help.
