Excellent Service! I had to bring my Lexus in as at highway speeds it was not riding smoothly. I determined myself that it could have been due to a high speed balance. I had to bring my Lexus in as at highway speeds it was not riding smoothly. I determined myself that it could have been due to a high speed balance. When i brought the car in i was greeted and taken care of by a service tech and introduced to Melissa Ho who asked and listened to what i had to say about the issue.
