I brought my NX350h in because the navigation system kept shutting down and rebooting. The technician installed new software but that only made the problem worse. I called Chris to inform him of the problem shutting down and rebooting. The technician installed new software but that only made the problem worse. I called Chris to inform him of the problem he told me he would order a new logic board. Four weeks later the new board arrived and we made an appointment to have it installed. I brought my NX in and about two hours later the new board was installed along with the new software. the following day we took it on a 200 mile round trip and everything worked as it should. Thanks you to Chris Hodges for keeping me up to date on the repairs. Lexus of Merrillville has given me the best service of all the dealers I have dealt with. More
