GS Service2019 Scheduling service was easy to accomplish online. A follow-up call was received to confirm details. Service Mgr., David T. quickly greeted me and confirmed my reason for service and asked about other "issues" if any, that I may have with the vehicle. The 20,000 mile service was the primary reason for the appointment but I mentioned that I frequently heard and exterior squeak when hitting bumps while driving the car. David made note, processed my loaner car and promised to contact me regarding progress of the service. He fulfilled his promise and contacted me regarding a pick-up time. Upon arrival, he had a maintenance supervisor available to go along on a test drive to confirm the "squeak". During the test drive, the squeak was immediately diagnosed and a quick lubrication of the area was accomplished within 10 minutes. Problem solved. The closing was efficient, complete, informative and engaging. David is a personable leader who always seems to quickly and effectively handle my issues. I'd be the first to admit that I look forward to my maintenance visits at the dealership. David and the maintenance staff have a lot to do with that feeling. More

Simple Tire Change was Painful I received a flat tire on my drive to Vegas, near Prim. Lexus road side service was unable to change my tire due to wheel key being defected (original I received a flat tire on my drive to Vegas, near Prim. Lexus road side service was unable to change my tire due to wheel key being defected (original dealer's fault in CA). I was required to be taken to nearest Lexus Dealer, which was Henderson. Arrived at 4:30pm on Saturday, after closing and I asked to speak with dealer manager, who refused to see me. Charles at front desk did his best to try and help me but was unable to find me a spare wheel key for me to change my tire. I was forced to leave my car until Monday morning due to this. After all this wait and trouble, I came in on Monday and bought a wheel key at $27. I asked if someone could change my tire, of course they can, for $28. Not even a simple complimentary tire change after this whole ordeal. The maintenance guy then realized I was sold the wrong wheel key and had to exchange it. If I would have left with it, I wouldn't know until it was too late. Only Charles was helpful on Saturday, everyone else added more stress and pain to my visit. I never ever plan to step foot in your facility again, even if Lexus Road Side service would require it, I would rather pay to go somewhere else. More
