May become a customer again I returned to Lexus of Henderson for a vehicle recall service after a two year hiatus. I had 2 consecutive unpleasant service experiences that caused I returned to Lexus of Henderson for a vehicle recall service after a two year hiatus. I had 2 consecutive unpleasant service experiences that caused me to go elsewhere. I took the recall service opportunity to once again discuss past issues with the service department and was assured those issues (failure to address a door hardware problem reported on both the electronic service appointment and again mentioned during the service check-in, and getting lost in the shuffle in picking up my vehicle after a service appointment) would not occur under the current management/processes. As to the recall service just performed, I was very impressed with the timely, smooth and painless process, and that they included a car wash and fuel tank fill-up in addition the the loaner car waiting for me at my reservation time. I will return to this dealership, in anticipation of future service appointments meeting the standards demonstrated at the recent visit. More
