After debates and test driving other model cars, Friday night at 8pm somehow we ended up at Magnussen Lexus where we bought our first Lexus ES 350. We were simply browsing and one vehicle caught my wife's eye. Steve Yi was out ensuring all the vehicles were locked and we didn't even know he is the finance/sales manager. We found a vehicle my wife really enjoyed and asked Steve if we could come back Sat Morning to test drive the vehicle. To make a long story short. Steve went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with our purchase from start to finish. Steve is a true professional and knows the vehicles very well both inside and out. He figured me out real quick that I'm meticulous when it comes to cars. He had the crew detail the car for final inspection prior to us doing the paperwork. Joey your finance manager is also a very professional in his craft was able to even get us a better finance rate through a different lender.
