Excellent Lexus dealership My wife and I came to the dealer and talked with Anthony Huynh. He was very friendly and asked us great questions about my wife specific car needs. We told him that she is interested in a RX350 in White Pearl Color and some key features. Anthony took us to test drive the car and explain in details the major features that would benefit my wife. We tested drive the SUV and my wife really like the ride. When we came back to the dealer, Anthony took the time to go over different car options, features, etc. We told him what color and features that are important for my wife. He search for two SUV that closely match our specific needs and we finally choose the one for my wife. We negiotiated a fair price and the dealer had some great promotions. I would highly recommend anyone to Magnussen Lexus to buy the best car in the world. We have a total of 3 Lexus since 2003. More

Horrible service. Car delivered damaged and dirty. Recently we have been having nightmares with this dealership when bringing our cars for maintenance services. Repeatedly our cars were delivered in dirty messed up condition after the service orders performed. ( e.g. Paint scratches, greasy marks left in interior, damages to tires and rims...etc.). QUality Control has been substantially neglected and monitored at this place. Lexus should be ashamed to have this place operated under its name. Do not recommend anyone to come here for maintenance service needs. We will never come back here for business ever again!. More

Being a total techno geek, I was very concerned about all these "new gadgets", but Craig walked me through each item and as often as needed to get me comfortable with each item. Thanks to both Gabe and Craig our car purchasing experience couldn't have been better. He met me when I came in, and spent time going over what was needed for my 45 thousand mile maintenance. He asked if I had any problems or requests, and made sure that my request to have help setting up the Bluetooth for my new phone was done quickly. He arranged for a loaner, showed me how to be comfortable with the Lexus hybrid loaner (new to me), and kept me informed during the day as my car maintenance service progressed. When I returned to pick up my car, he walked me through the services performed and walked me to the front desk, asked that my car be brought up, and introduced me to the front desk staff person. She was also very friendly and helpful. Mr. Padilla escorted me to my car, and thanked me for choosing Magnusen Lexus for my service needs. My car was also sparkling clean. I don't have all the names of the employees who interacted with me, but every person was friendly, helpful, and gave excellent customer service.
