He sent Uber per my request, I did the credit application using my phone, and when I got to the dealership, he welcomed me with a smile, asked me if I want water or coffee, took me to the lot to show ES300 Hybrid I was buying and asked me if I would like to drive it. We came back and in few minutes, I was taken to the finance manager Vince, who was also very friendly and fast. Within minutes, I was done and handed the keys to my 2025 ES300 Hybrid.
