I left my RX350 for a repair service due to a warning light "ICS Malfunction" and check Engine Light On. When I picked up my car 3 days later I noticed my odometer reading increased by 100+ miles and the light "ICS Malfunction" and check Engine Light On. When I picked up my car 3 days later I noticed my odometer reading increased by 100+ miles and the gas tank was almost empty. I explained this to the services manager and he refused to clearly explain why this was happened to my car. The manager was unprofessional and refused to comply to my request to add gasolines to my car to bring it to the same level when I dropped off the car for services. We (my family) bought several Lexus cars over the last 9 years at this dealer and were happy with the services provided from previous owner "Magnussen Lexus". The quality of services at new Lexus of Fremont is getting worst. The folks working at the services dept are dishonest and non-transparent. They don't listen to the customers and don't care much about customers at all. We believe they have been using our car to run personal errands and adding 100+ mileages to the car, and refusing to compensate for the gas. I confronted the services manager and he refused to compensate for the lost of gas. It costed me $65 to fill up the tank where I live in Fremont, CA. We will tell our friends to stay away from this dealer, and will never buy another car from the Lexus of Fremont. More
