One of the best dealership sales experiences I have had working with Johnny from sales and Danny from finance. Was in the market for a used 4Runner for some time now and other dealers were adding thousands working with Johnny from sales and Danny from finance. Saw that Lexus of Fremont had the model and trim level I was looking for at a reasonable market price, yet with additional manufacture packages from the factory. Johnny was a stellar salesman, highly professional, exceptionally calm and put no pressure on us to make a deal. He guided us on a test drive route to feel the suspension and handling which was greatly appreciated since we came all the way from Santa Rosa. The same professional, calm and no pressure experience continued into the finance team with Danny. There we went over the numbers with Danny explaining everything in clear concise detail. Overall a great purchasing experience! The zero pressure to make a sale and absence of thousands of dollars of dealer markups made shopping at Lexus of Fremont a much better experience than other dealerships that I have been in contact with. We will keep an eye on their lot for the next time we are looking to add another vehicle to our home. More

Connor is an excellent salesperson! I know that because I’m in sales myself. II’ve bought new and used cars over the years from different dealerships and Connor is the best car salesman I know that because I’m in sales myself. II’ve bought new and used cars over the years from different dealerships and Connor is the best car salesman who keeps his word, doesn’t play games, is honest, is very knowledgeable about the cars he is selling, is very professional, is very polite and Connor has excellent customer service and communication skills! The car buying process was very simple with Connor at Lexus in Fremont, CA from start to finish. My husband and I highly recommend Connor if you are buying a vehicle from Lexus in Fremont, CA. We had already test drove several NX 350 Hybrids new and used at another dealership and we had every intention on buying from the salesperson at the other Lexus dealership since he had already showed us several cars on a single day; unfortunately, he kept going back on things things we had communicated and agreed up on and kept contradicting his agreements with us. It was time -consuming with other Lexus dealerships because many of their salespeople were not as knowledgeable or straightforward. Connor, on the other hand, realized we were serious buyers and respected our time when I spoke with him over the phone and said I needed my questions answered on the phone and I needed to negotiate the price before we drove down to the Fremont Dealership. We really appreciate that Connor respected our time and accommodated our request. There were no hiccups or surprises when Connor worked with us. We came to an agreement on the phone quickly and he honored that agreement when we arrived the next day. We told him that we simply needed to drive the car and verify that everything was as described and depicted based on our conversation with him and everything we saw on their website and Carfax. I will be letting everyone I know to work with Connor if they need a car, especially if they’re buying a Lexus. Connor does business professionally and honestly like the way I treat my clients in real estate. Great salespeople are scarce whether you are buying a car, buying a house or selling a house. We also had the pleasure of working with Allan, Ahmed and Vince at the Fremont Lexus. They were all professional and professional polite. Vince navigated us through all the paperwork efficiently. Allan patiently spent a lot of time explaining all the features of our car, answering our questions about the features and Allan synched my smart phone with the vehicle we bought. Ahmed showed us the details for the verification and warranty; he was also very professional and polite with great customer service skills. We really love the staff at Lexus Fremont and we also appreciate Faith for following up with me and scheduling an appointment for us to meet Connor the next day. I wish other Lexus dealerships in the Bay Area could learn how to treat customers like Fremont Lexus so that there is transparency, no surprises and no hassle in buying a car. There is another Bay Area dealership that falsely advertised cars on Carfax that didn’t exist using stock photos! When I called them, I eventually learned that they didn’t have several of the NX 350 Hybrids they advertised and later I learned that the black and white seats in that particular pattern that appeared in their Carfax listings was never made by Lexus for the U.S. Market so I definitely did not want to work with a dealership that was already lying to me before I met with them! I had one of the worst dealership experiences I've ever encountered here. Despite having a confirmed appointment, the salesperson was unprepared, the car wasn't ready, and I was given confusing and contrad encountered here. After making a deal and agreeing on a price earlier in the day, I returned that evening with cash in hand from San Jose. I arranged to be dropped off thinking I would drive home in my new Lexus only to be told after being dropped off that the car is in negotiations with someone else. Clearly, the dealer was seeing if they could squeeze more out of this couple and cast me aside. What made things worse was the lack of communication and accountability. I was essentially without assistance, and no manager stepped in to apologize or make things right. The entire process felt disorganized, dismissive, and unprofessional. I wasted so much time and energy. Battled traffic during rush hour, and had to have my husband come get me from San Jose. They did not care, they wanted that extra 1-2K from that other couple, and customer service and my business just was not as valuable to them. They tried to blame the "new" salesman for not properly reserving the car for me after the deal was made, but clearly he was not trained if he did not know how to do that. And when I arrived to get the car, why didn't a higher up veteran come talk to me and work something out? Throwing the newbie under the bus for their lack of ethics and training is pretty lame and unprofessional. If he is that green, someone should be mentoring him and working alongside him. By contrast, Lexus of Stevens Creek was far more prepared and professional--greeting me with the car ready, organized, and treating me with respect. The professionalism there is like night and day compared to Fremont of Lexus. Unfortunately, this dealership fell far short of that standard, and I would not recommend them. I am still in the market for a Lexus but I will be crossing this dealership OFF my list, and you should too! More
