This review is a bit long, but it has to be to describe my interaction with this dealership. I stopped by Lexus of Rockville Centre to look for a pre owned convertible. I dealt with Jeff and he located a c my interaction with this dealership. I stopped by Lexus of Rockville Centre to look for a pre owned convertible. I dealt with Jeff and he located a car from a Chrysler dealer that they own and had it brought in. I test drove it at night in the rain, made a deal and picked it up the following Sunday. Jeff was excellent to deal with and Don, the finance manager was just as good. they made the transaction smooth and easy but that is where the good ends. I picked the vehicle up, a 2008 Chrysler Sebring, on Sunday and when I looked it over in the daylight, there were many ping marks on the side, a slight dent, the front bumber was slightly coming apart and overspray on the rear bumper where it had been repainted. One tire had dryrot and a chunk of rubber cut on the sidewall. For what they were asking for the car, it should have been in excellent condtion. This is no ones fault but myself for not examning it further in better lighting. They also did not have a carfax to produce when asked. As I drove off the lot with it, I noticed the engine had a very loud, rough sound to it. I wasn't sure if it was the 4 cylinder engine so I figured I would drive it for a while and see. The brakes were also squeeling. After 10 days with the car the convertible top stopped working, a unforseen problem, and I brought it back to them. I told them besides the top, the engine is making a loud noise and the brakes are squeeling. Lexus could not fix the roof and sent it back to Chrysler. After 10 days the car was ready and was returned to me completly dirty. I started to drive the vehicle again and the same noise was there in the engine. The brakes were still squeeling. I stopped by my personal mechanic and as soon as I opened the hood, he stated it's one of the pully's/belt. He said you have to take care of this right away. I went back to Lexus and spoke with Eric in service andhe stated that he knew about the problem but did not know any further because this was between myself and the Pre owned department. He said to go talk to Tony, the Pre owned manager. When I spoke to Tony he said that he knew about the problem but chrysler didn't want to pay for the repair(I have a 3 month warranty under the NY state Lemon law). So this is where I have the biggest complaint. Tony, the pre owned manager and Eric in service both were informed of the repair needed but because there was a dispute between preowned and Chrysler as to who was going to pay for the repair, which doen not involve me because I am covered under the warranty, yet they returned the vehicle to me knowing this and did not inform me that the work was not done. So here I am thinking this car is in proper running condition and I let my daughter take it out at night by herself and the car was not repaired. Tony apologizes numerous times and says he's going to take care of it to give him time to get me a loaner, which I asked for, and they will fix it. I get a email from Eric stating to bring it in. I bring it in on a Thursday and advise Eric I dont need a loaner at this time, just fix the vehicle. I ask him about how long , he says should be by Saturday. Saturday comes, Monday, Tuesday, by Wednesday I call and ask for Eric, they say he's in but away from his desk. i leave a voice mail and then decide to call the Chrysler dealer in Bayshore. The service manager, I believe his name was Jake, said they had the car but it went back at the beginning of the week. He said he remembered my vehicle because when it came in, he happened to be outside and heard the sound when the car drove by him. I asked if it had been repaired and he stated he did not know, all he knew is it went back to Lexus. I called Lexus back and asked for Eric again and now they tell me he's off today. I ask for a service manager and Juan, he tells me we just ordered the part and it should be intommorow. This is now a week since I brought it in. I get a call from Eric the next day and ask him why is it just being order now when they had the car a week. Once again, there was a problem of who was paying for this repair. Once again, NOT MY PROBLEM. I finally get my vehicle back on Friday and it was quiet and running smooth like it should have beenwhen I picked it up on delivery. Since I was very annoyed at how this whole situation was handled, I stopped in to see the General Manager of the dealership, Keith Drago. He wasn't there and they had me speak with Gracie, the sals manager. This was on a Tuesday. I told her the whole story and she said she would speak to keith and would call me on Friday. Friday came and went and when I called her the next Wednesday, she said she spoke with Keith and was looking into it. He had to speak to preowned and service. I called Keith's phone and left a voicemail to call me back and as of today 10/21, I have not heard from anyone. The fact that they delivered this vehicle with this problem, which was obvious to anyone with automotive knowledge, and the fact that they returned the car to me not doing the repair, which was a defective alternator, and not telling me that they didn't do the repair is completly unaccepable. Also, after complaining no one returns your phone calls is not what I would call great customer service. I don't expect to get the full red carpet treatment, like when buying a Lexus, however i do expect the vehicle to be delivered in proper working condition and when brought in for a repair under warranty, that the work be done and not given back without the repair and without advising me that they didn't do the repair. If the dealship doen not want to discuss this, I may have to contact NY state Department of Motor Vehicles and file a complaint against there repair facility. More

Risa Greenfield who handled my business since 2006 never return messages...Yes, you read it right, never returned messages. For 6 years, I called 4 times, left 4 messages and get 0 returns. Talk about excellent service they try to sell when they want you to buy there. More
I went to trade in my 06 GS for a 2013 GS and to my disappointment I was offered a terrible appraisal, by Kasim and his manager. His manager made me feel like they were doing me a favor by offering me a thousand dollars more on the low offer for my vehicle that was in impeccable condition. I later went to trade in my vehicle at another dealership and not only got a way better trade in value but the perfect note that fit my budget. Def wont be going back to Lexus of Rockville center for the next trade in. More

I would recommend that place for any new or used car buyer i would say to them :buy with confidence More

My husband and I drove into the Lexus Rockville Center Dealership around 2:00PM on Sunday afternoon. For the time we spent at the dealeship NO one acknowledged us we saw that one woman was dealing with another couple but there was another male and female salesperson sitting at their desk who desperately avoided making eye contact with us. Needless to say we eventually left.....excellent customer service guys! such a contrast to when we visited another dealership in Garden City! More

He has made every aspect of my purchase and subsequent questions a pleasure and has treated me with the utmost consideration, even now, 2 weeks after buying the car. As this is my second Lexus, I realize that the people working at a Lexus dealership are held to a higher standard, and Omar has more than proved it with a sincere effort to make sure that I am 100% satisfied not only with the car, but with his customer support as well. Should anyone I know be interested in buying a car I will certainly recommend Omar and Lexus of Rockville Centre with no reservations. More
2 things: 1st: I brought my car in for 30k mile 2 things: 1st: I brought my car in for 30k mile service, had $150 worth of stuff stolen out of my car. 2nd: Because Lexus of Queens screwed 2 things: 1st: I brought my car in for 30k mile service, had $150 worth of stuff stolen out of my car. 2nd: Because Lexus of Queens screwed me out of my warranty repair, I figured I might try Lexus of Rockville Centre, since this is where I purchased my car, I figure they might actually do me right by honoring my warranty. I figured wrong. After my visit to Queens, turned out my tail light bulb burned out, so I brought my car in for 2 warranty repairs, a burned out tail light and a defective control box for my passenger side mirror(the mechanism that controls the power function and auto tilt for the side mirrors). The service adviser completely lied to me and said because of an accident I was in that was no where near my side mirror, the warranty was voided. The reason the warranty was voided was because, according to the "adviser" was because the shop I had my car repaired at, a shop I was referred to by the dealership mind you, repainted my entire car for whatever reason including my passenger side door and THAT was the reason my warranty was voided. Because the body shop I was referred to by the dealership to have my car repaired, opened up my passenger side door panel to paint the door and my warranty was voided. He said because of the accident, it must have caused some electrical malfunction and he would have to charge me 3 tech hours to diagnose the problem. He then also said my tail light was out for the same electrical issue and could not replace the bulb under warranty. I later took my car to my local mechanic, he swapped the passenger side control box with my driver side box (which was working), and magically my passenger side mirror worked while hooked up to a properly functioning control box, all of which took less than 30 minutes to diagnose. My mechanic later then swapped out the bulb in my tail light and like magic that started working too. The worst part is, in all likelihood the techs didn't lift a finger on my car because Kenneth probably pulled up the documentation from Queens, yet he STILL tried to charge me for a diagnosis hour. Talk about stealerships!!! More
Brought a used 2006 lexus es 330 from another lexus dealer with out warranty on my 3 day of owning this vehicle the battery light came on the dash board and i smelled buring called lexus of rockville a dealer with out warranty on my 3 day of owning this vehicle the battery light came on the dash board and i smelled buring called lexus of rockville and they told me to bring it in they checked my lexus out told me that they couldn't find ANYTHING wrong with the car.that's kinda of strange they charge me 170.00 diagnostic fee and sent me on my way .2wks later the battery light and all the dash board lights came on again i called ralph giron and he said bring the car back ,it breaks down on my way bringing it back to them i called manager Juan Martinez and he told me to call road side service no help the car has no warranty so i had to get my own tow to the dealer and when i got there they told me they had no loaner's to give me and i told them my daughter was graduating the next day they didn't even offer a rental.The next day Ralph called around 3:00 why so late my car was towed to them on thurs eve it's fri to tell me that it's the alternator and they won't have it until tomorrow sat so now i have no car for the wknd and why when i brought it to them the first time 2 wks ago they didnt find that out instead of taking my money resetting the battery light and sent me on my way now i have been inconvienced and broke down had to pay for my own tow and they told me it cost 800.00 to fix SMH @ LEXUS OF ROCKVILLE CENTER.
