Michael is very personable, professional, and competent. He greeted my wife and I warmly and remained friendly and sincere throughout the experience. Michael totaly knows his product and made sure that we in turn learned all about the RX 350. We remained comfortable with him as our trust and knowledge of the car grew. Any person looking to purchase a vehicle would want to be with such a Salesperson as Michael---------anyone will be quite pleased after being directed to him. Making a costly purchase typically comes with anxiety, and in this case much anxiety since we were going to purchse a 'used car'. Well you know what they say about a 'used car'! The folks we worked with were relaxed and we never felt any pressure. Infact, their manner assuaged our anxiety. I should add we love the car, have been back several times as there are questions I have, this being our first hybrid car----the point being they really treat us like family. I highly recommend the Lexus(this being our fifth), I most certainly recommend Lexus of RVC and while you are there look for Bart, David and Umar. More

I went to buy a new Lexus this Saturday May 5 2012 with a very positive attitude and looking forward to buying my first Lexus. I was very interested in the new GS. I was greeted by a salesperson who seemed u very positive attitude and looking forward to buying my first Lexus. I was very interested in the new GS. I was greeted by a salesperson who seemed uninterested in me as a customer. I asked a few questions about the GS and much to my surprise the sales person was qlueless about the product. The conversation was very strained and the atmosphere in the dealership was strange. I felt like like I was being setup or something. I really wanted to get the car and the dealership is close to me so I was patient. Then the sales person brought over his manager Frank. Then things deteriorated quickly. This guy was so rude and I felt like I was dealing with someone from the Sopranos. I was shocked that Lexus would have such unprofessional people represent them. Frank informed me that maybe Lexus isn't for me maybe I should be looking for a Honda or Hyundai. After being treated like a second class citizen, I left feeling that maybe Lexus isn't for me especially with the way they treat their potential customers god forbid I had a problem with the car. I left Lexus of Rockville Center went to Rallye and bought the car and had a great experience. Whoever owns or is running that Rockville Center Lexus Needs managerial and sales training as it was bar none the WORST BUYING EXPERIECE OF MY LIFE !!!!! More
Hello, I've been a long time customer of Lexus of Rockville Center for the service of my 2005 RX330. Love that car so much but I wanted to upgrade to a newer one. Risa my service adviser, (what a doll she is) recommended Leo Kwan at sales. Well I couldn't be happier, I got the car I wanted, with all the extras I wanted but more importantly, at the price I wanted. It took a little back and forth but the bottom line is I'm another satisfied and loyal customer of Lexus of Rockville Center. I started looking on Wednesday and by Saturday I picked up my new SUV. By the way, whether it's Risa at the service department or Leo in sales, I don't think you'll find more knowledgeable people, not to mention courteous and very respectful. And now a days at many car dealerships it's very hard to find, that level of integrity combined with expertise, so I'm very thankful to them. I must say one more thing, I don't normally take time to write these reviews, however I do read them and find them helpful, but I'm so happy and satisfied that I thought I would share my experience. I am a repeat customer of Lexus of Rockville Center and have just bought my third lexus from them. They give hassle free service and make your buying experience worth remembering. Everyone from the valet to the service & sales advisers were courteous, but I would like to single out their Financial Services Manager, Mr.Joe Montana who is a great guy. He went out of the way to provide good interest rate, quick approval and technical advise about selection of accessories. Lexus cars speak for themselves, but it is the customer service which produces satisfied customers and generates repeat business. I give dealership 5 stars in customer satisfaction and would highly recommend them. More
Lemme tell ya... I HATE car dealers. However, Lexus of RVC has absolutely changed my opinion. It was time for a new car. My father is on his 3rd Lexus and swears by them. He usually goes to Lexus of Massapequa (RVC is their sister dealer). I've had my eye on an IS for a while, so at the recommendation of him and another friend who has purchased from RVC, I took a ride over since they are closer to home. Now, I've never owned a luxury car. So, right from the beginning, when I pulled up and there was a valet, I knew I was in for a great experience. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately and just felt like they were genuinely happy to see me. I sat down with Sheila, we chatted for a bit, went on a test drive in an IS, and then it was down to business. Since I am a self admitted impulse buyer, I had to show extreme restraint. The car really sells itself so Sheila probably had it in the bag about 2 minutes in (and I'm sure she knew it, since she's been at this for a while), but I wasn't prepared to make a deal that night. Actually, I would have - but my father would have smacked me upside the head, so I made an appointment to come back. By the way, Sheila is a doll. She asked the right questions, listened to what I wanted, and we put together a car with options that suited my needs. She was very professional and has a lot of experience. She wanted me to buy the car right then and there (of course), but respected the fact that I wanted to think about it, talk it over at home, and come back. I went back a day or so later with my father and made the deal. I know they need to make their money since, after all, they are in business - but they worked with us and I didn't feel like I got raked over the coals and taken for a ride (so to speak). I was even offered a $1,000 loyalty credit on top of the money they took off since my father is a current Lexus owner. The manager personally thanked me as well. So overall, it was a really great experience. I pick up the car tomorrow night and can't wait. I would (and will) recommend Lexus of RVC to any of my friends and family. More
