This was my first time to Lexus of Rockville centre, it will not be my last. I have been to other dealerships in the past and this was by far my best experience. Long story short, when i picked up my car, it was dirty, windows dirty and cup holder missing. I had to make an appointment for service and the girl attending me was busy texting on her phone, she forgot to tell me that there was a nicer "waiting area" upstairs for owners. I would not recommend this dealership, please stay away and save yourself the headache! More

I'm from out of State and via phone bought a used 2012 Lexus. I wired the money to the dealership and after they got the money they said I had to use their shipper. I already had a shipper lined up for $1 Lexus. I wired the money to the dealership and after they got the money they said I had to use their shipper. They naturally said I had to pay $2200 for their shipper, and it was a bargain they said because their shipper charges usually $2400. It's apparently some company policy ... which is fine, but it's convenient that their policy would have them make $700 more in profit. These guys are scammers. Don't deal with them, they're very dishonest! More
