I wanted to exchange a car with problems for another similar car. The dealership gave me the opportunity to do just that. We test drove 3 different vehicles that day and he was very patient while I was inspecting every one of them and did not pressure me in making my decision. Once the decision was made, he negotiated the lower price for me with the management and also a higher trade-in value for my trouble vehicle, which I wanted to return. In the end I got a better vehicle and a smaller monthly finance payment. the whole experience was fair, done in a friendly and pressure-free manner and all costs and fees were clearly explained and marked in the agreement. I would definitely recommend Lexus Of Edison to any of my friends and family members when they are ready for their next vehicle. More
