Our salesman, Dale Johnson, made the often onerous and stressful experience of purchasing a used car much more palatable and straight forward. The car was as advertised and in the end, with a few concessions by Dale and his accommodating sales manager, we felt like we got a very good and fair deal. Even though Dale was having some family problems at the time, (we later found out that his 6 year old daughter was being taken to the hospital with a broken arm while we were in the process of buying the car), he never missed a beat and gave us his full attention until almost 10 PM that evening when the sale was finally concluded. We were extremely satisfied with the overall dealer experience including the financial arrangements put together by Tom Pasquale. But most importantly, after two weeks of driving, we are still extremely satisfied with our purchase. Both my wife and I would highly recommend Lexus of Edison to anyone looking for a great car and a fair deal. Oh . . . make sure you ask for Dale Johnson when you get there. More

I wanted to exchange a car with problems for another similar car. The dealership gave me the opportunity to do just that. We test drove 3 different vehicles that day and he was very patient while I was inspecting every one of them and did not pressure me in making my decision. Once the decision was made, he negotiated the lower price for me with the management and also a higher trade-in value for my trouble vehicle, which I wanted to return. In the end I got a better vehicle and a smaller monthly finance payment. the whole experience was fair, done in a friendly and pressure-free manner and all costs and fees were clearly explained and marked in the agreement. I would definitely recommend Lexus Of Edison to any of my friends and family members when they are ready for their next vehicle. More
