I walked in and asked for Mr. Puneet Kapoor (my friend recommended him) and in almost 3 hours I was out with a brand new car. Mr.Kapoor explained all the features of the various models, my financing options, delivery etc. and answered all my questions very patiently. He made sure I understood and agreed woith whatever was happening with paperwork that I had to sign and never rushed me like other sales folk usually do. Since it was getting late he assured me that it would be OK for me to call someone to help with driving the other car to the destination as I was alone. I have bought quite a few cars previously, but never had it easy and never got to take my new car the same day....I am very thankful to this dealership for making it so easy for me. I strongly recommend this establishment for its prices, service and excellent quality and kudos to Mr. Kapoor for putting it all together for me!!!! More

When my husband and I first walked into the Lexus dealership, A person approached us with a friendly smile, introduced himself as Dale and shook our hands. Then asked what can he do for us? He showed us 2 models and proceeded to explain all the features in the car. If he didn't know an answer he immediately got us one. My husband was very impressed with his knowledge and eagerness to please . After we decided on which car to purchase, the overall purchasing experience when very smoothly. He offered us food , drink and made us as comfortable as possible while he got the purchasing process going. My husband did research on the Lexus and was aware on details about the vehicle and the pricing. We thought the price was good. I would recommended the Dealership and Dale R. Johnson. More
