My very first experience at Lexus of Edison was exceptional. I met with Chris Young, my salesman, and described the type of vehicle and price bracket I was looking for. He walked me thoroughly through the lot, we went from car to car, and he was very patient and kind. He allowed me test drive as many cars as I needed and wasn't pushy!! I have met pushy salesmen and I've never purchased from them. I found my car, the IS 250. He also listened closely to my monthly payment requirements. Long story short, two years later I'm still driving my car and whenever I need assistance with the vehicle I will call Mr. Chris Young and he continues to help me. I can leave him a voicemail and he will reply promptly. This is a frontline employee and a great performer. Thank you Mr. Young for all your help. More
